Today was great. I am exhausted but energized at the same time. We started off at 7:00 am with a fabulous breakfast of eggs and some sort of fried dough with mango jelly. After leaving for the hospital we fixed the man with the missing toe and major infection of his foot. From there we went on to help a woman with HUGE growths all over her face.

We then had a four year old who had a super/condyle fracture. This story makes me sick. She has a huge break in her arm, but if we fixed it she wouldn't be able to have it pinned. In other words it would be semi-fixed, so we had to send her to a different city to wait for a day or so to be pinned without pain meds. It is a sick system.

Another 4 year came in with a partialy amputated finger. It got caught in a cement mixer. So we had to fix it and it was wonderful. Her finger would of been amputated if we were not there. Her family was so thankful. There are no words. We had a long wonderful day. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Too tired to write.

One last thought. We as Americans are so spoiled. So spoiled!!! Be thankful!!!
